Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

• where you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under one order and they are delivered together;
• where you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods under one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by e-mail: support@stilfull.com.
You may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have:

• received the returned goods, or
• you have provided documentation that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 days.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

Exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

• on the supply of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have a clearly personal touch;
• on the supply of goods that are subject to rapid deterioration or have a limited shelf life;
• on the supply of alcoholic beverages, where the price was agreed upon when the agreement was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the agreement was concluded, and where the value depends on market fluctuations;
• on the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of agreements:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been mixed with other goods in such a way that they cannot be separated again;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.
