Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, it is checked, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment.

Delivery time
Denmark: 5-10 business days
Shipping is handled by PostNord.

All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year's, delivery may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in several parts.

My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the information still does not appear after a few days, please contact customer service.
